A Couple of Questions VIII

Good news on our heat - still ice cold in this house (giving me all the excuse I need not to put away clothes and clean up in the frigid bedrooms), however, it looks like tomorrow afternoon the problem will be solved (for a mere $300 - $400, I guess it could have been a lot worse!) Just in time for the 27 degree temperature evenings that we'll be having the end of this week...(snow?)

1. What is a product (new or one you've never used) that you have purchased within the last year that you have been highly impressed with and why? (Feel free to list a couple...)

2. In honor of the upcoming Easter commercialism and the $13.99 mega-jug I bought at Costco - what is favorite flavor of Jelly Belly jelly beans?

1. My Chi hair straightener. I am currently loving my new Peaches and Cream lotion from Trader Joe's. I also just bought their citrus shampoo and conditioner and am loving those as well.
2. Do not like Jelly Beans enough to waste the calories...give me some chocolate! Honestly, I've never been a fan pf Jelly Belly's and wouldn't eat them if you offered, so let me see, I'll just tell you my favorite Easter candy. Cadbury Mini Eggs...crisp shell filled with chocolate. YUMMY. There's one that has kind of a powder-y shell and one with the solid shell, I prefer the solid.

There is a cocolate pudding flavored jelly belly.... but, I totally understand about not wasting calories. The lotion products sound good!

1. My Bodum French coffee press. Takes up less room, makes better coffee. I never thought I'd be grinding my own beans, but I love the whole ritual.

2. Don't do Jelly Belly beans - I do chocolate! It's been a long time since I had any, but I think I like the neon green ones that are like kiwi or some other fruit.

I want to buy a hair straightener but haven't gotten up the guts yet. I think I am the most unadventurous hair owner in the world. When will I stop putting it up in barettes and ponytails like I did in high school?

A good ceramic straightener is so worth the purchase- it does what nothing else will to make hair straight....
