A Couple of Questions 85

Currently watching ARE YOU SMARTER THAN A FIFTH GRADER, hence the first question-

1. If you had to go on the show, which subject would you choose to answer (no matter what grade level), and which would you totally try to avoid...........

2. What is something very crazy that you look back on and think - WHAT WAS I THINKING! - in your life..........

On a side note, I got my hair cut yesterday (considerably cut - think Katie Holmes....) and my son told me that he likes it `okay, maybe wear it like that one more day and then go back` - well, that will be kind of tough (especially the rate that my hair grows!) - perhaps by next summer he will be happy with my hair again. I love that my son cares, even if he isnt always happy with my choices- =)

1. I would pick math as the subject I would request (not something I love, but I am pretty confident I have a handle on it). Subject I would not pick - history or geography.

2. One time I was on a back road, just me and my parents terrier, driving through the coastal mountains. I came accross a guy and a gal (literally in the middle of no where) who were hitchhiking. I felt kind of helpless because the odds of anyone helping them besides me were pretty much nill. I went ahead and picked them up (they had been picking mushrooms) and dropped them off on the other side of the mountain. Looking back, I feel pretty stupid even being on the obscure mountain road by myself, much less picking up the hitchhikers........ (Wonder if this is the first time my mom has heard this story.....)

1. I don't watch the show. Is there a Spelling subject? I would choose that. or some sort of English language arts. NOT choose: history or science.

2. ooooo that is quite the story, Steph. How old were you?
I have had lots of "What was I thinking?" moments. Like the other night when I stayed up late to watch the Bachelor. haha!

1. I would not pick history or geography or science...I guess math...do they have spelling?? I have only watched it once.

2. I'm passing on this one. Too many and none make me sound very good.

I had no idea about your #2.
And where is the hair picture??

The hair is absolutely gorgeous. You will need to post a picture from all of us at Game Day.

1. I would pick either math, or spelling. I would definitely not pick English.

2. Can't really think of anything right now, but I know there are many.

Oh, you guys are letting me down! I want some crazy stuff ladies! I was probably 22 when that happened....glad I was able to pull something out of the hat that I havent shared before.

Yes, they do offer spelling as an option on the tv show. Since you arent offering any crazies - how about any new feelings on new shows.......

I am loving the new NBC Monday line-up - CHUCK, HEROES, AND JOURNEY MAN. We checked out BIONIC WOMAN last night - I like the original better - not for us.....

1. Spelling, literature = good; science, geography = bad

2. I know I wasn't smoking crack, so the best way I can figure is that I was temporarily insane after my divorce and that's why I dated and slept with Isabel's dad. Totally nuts. But I got Isabel so I can't say I'd un-do that one. :)

New shows: I watched Bionic Woman and it was OK, the kind of thing I'd watch if there was nothing else...and then there's my guilty pleasure America's Next Top Model. I enjoyed watching the models start to panic when Tyra told them, "As of tomorrow, no smoking allowed!" You could practically see them thinking, "But that's my whole diet plan!!" I watched part of Life and it was OK but on too late for me. The main actor has that same quirky but cute neurosis as the guy on House.
