Life Goal

John and I listened to a lot of music this weekend, and upon doing so, listened "carefully" to a few songs we'd never really bothered to before. One of those songs was from Mark Schultz (surprise, surprise) - and titled, "Until I See You Again". We decided the song was written as if Jesus was speaking to us, and it really is very moving. My favorite part is the chorus - if I just lived like that on a regular basis...........

UNTIL I SEE YOU AGAIN
Lyrics:
Oh child, precious one
Let your life shine like the sun
But you say “How long ‘til I can come home
‘Til I can rest in your arms again”
And I say “Not long but don’t miss this life and I’ll be
Waiting ‘til then”

(Chorus)
Live with the wonder of a child
Pray with your arms thrown open wide
Love with a love that has no end
Until I see you again

Oh child, precious one
With each breath know you are loved
But you say “How long ‘til I can come home
‘Til I can rest in your arms again”
And I say “Not long but don’t miss this life and I’ll be
Waiting ‘til then”

(Chorus)

(Repeat Chorus)

(Repeat Chorus)
