The World's Biggest Tea Party

Alright, adults, try to control your envy on this one. I don't want to rub it in or anything, but I was able to attend the World's Biggest Tea Party on Saturday - with a bunch of little girls and a bunch of pastel ponies. It was the most riveting hour and a half I've experienced in a long time. OK, maybe not - but, hey, the girls had fun. When I heard that "My Little Pony" was doing a stage show at our local performing arts center I talked my friends into making it a special experience for our little girls. Were I to do it over again, I'm not sure if I would have spent the money, but then again, the girls did have a blast and it will probably be a memory they talk about for years to come. The seats were great - we had space in front of us which the girls used often to dance to the songs (Lisa and her daughter arrived shortly after the pic was taken)
This isn't the first picture we've posted of Michele and her girls kissing her this way - Nati and Ellie have the hardest time posing with a smile, so often this is our last ditch effort to take a good pic

We followed up with a tangible "tea party" at Ruthie B's. Certainly our worst service ever (we were hungry and they were SLOW), but the food is so good, atmosphere great, and the girls love it, we'll forgive them and be back again.......
