Gotta Love Crazy Hair Day

This is "Spirit Week" at our school - a big gear up for the Jog-a-thon at the end of the week. These things always hit me by surprise and I tend to never be prepared for "Crazy Hair Day" - so in years' past, Brayden has whined that he wished he could have made it green or done something wilder. Well, given he is a fifth grader and this is his last year (insert sad crying), I actually thought ahead and bought him a can of green hair spray. Not to be left out, Mikayla got a can of gold glitter spray. Unfortunately, it doesn't show up in the picture, but it really did look quite dazzling. Might have to use that again for Halloween.

So, here they are - it will take several washes to get all this gunk out, but at least they went to school in mighty happy moods.
