A Couple of Questions 73

I'm tired of the Roman Numerals. I think I've messed them up consistently, so I may not even be accurate in the number. For now, it's "English Numerals" - plain and simple, baby.

When John and I returned from the movie theater at 2:15 in the morning this weekend, John flipped on the tv as he needed to "unwind". "Family Fued" was on (the newer, John Hurley version) and we both got "stuck", with the familiar, "one hundred people surveyed, top 5 answers on the board" speel. (the spelling on that word looks so wrong - I'm just gonna go with it). Anyway, it brought back fun memories and led to these questions.......

1. What was your favorite game show to watch growing up (or now, whatever)?

2. What game show do you think you'd have the most chance of winning if you were chosen to be a contestant?

  1. 1. "Price Is Right" has always been a favorite - however, "$25,000 Pyramid" will suck me in too.

    2. Probably "Wheel of Fortune" - though I didn't do too shabby playing "Family Fued" with the tv!

  2. 1. I can't remember the name, the one with the Whammies. And I also loved 25,000 pyramid.
    2. Wheel of Fortune! For sure.

  3. Whammies? You're going to have to do some research to clarify that one.......!

  4. 1. Price Is Right and Wheel of Fortune. I remember watching them at my Grandparents home.

    2. I'm really bad at game shows - probably Price Is Right because skill is minimal.

    1. I remember watching "The Price is Right" and that one where couples try to figure out how well they really know each other.

    2. I would love to play "Jeopardy" even though I would definitely suck at all but a couple categories.

  6. Jodi, The Whammy gameshow is Press Your Luck (Although I enjoyed watching it, I have to admit that I had to Google it to figure out the name of it.)

    1. I really don't have a favorite gameshow, but enjoyed trying to solve the puzzle in Wheel of Fortune. (So, I'll go with that one).

    2. I have too high of social anxiety to even think of being on a gameshow, with everyone watching me, expecting me to answer correctly, and feeling stupid when I don't. Yeah, no gameshows for me please!

For some reason my account isn't working, but Travis' is, so that's why I am posting under his name....... Stephietoo

  7. 1. I'm going to have to go with $25,000 Pyramid or Pass Word.

    2. I think I'd pick Wheel of Fortune. Most of my family would rock on Jeopardy.
