Rain is back - boooo! But, based on the forecast not for long......
1. What do you think of the new Daylight Savings time change?
2. Knowing what you know now, what activities do you wish you pursued or were encouraged to pursue (or stick with) when you were growing up?
1. Last night, I thought it was WONDERFUL - felt like summer. However, waking up to the dark again this morning felt like a real setback, that was a bummer for me. I think the idea behind it of conserving energy is admirable, however-
ReplyDelete2. Lots of things - I would have loved to learn gymnastics as a kid, would have loved to learn to sing so I could have felt confident about trying out for choirs - and then, when I finally made our school's dance/drill team - I think I would have loved to have really learned the drill part of it and done well in the "Drill-offs" if I had started earlier. Hindsight is 20-20 and I really loved my childhood, so I'm not sure if I would have wanted to take anything out to accommodate these things afterall-
1. I feel like based on the energy benefits I can't really say anything negative. I guess I don't have a huge opinion. It was funny this morning when Ash came in and I said "GO BACK TO BED UNTIL 7!" and Aaron said, "It is 7."
ReplyDelete2. Piano and guitar. I still have a dream of playing guitar and it isn't too late. But I wish I was able to sit down at the piano and accompany someone sing. If we could go older, I wish I had gotten a Masters in Education, but oh well.
1. No complaints
ReplyDelete2. Piano! I really wish I stuck with piano lessons. It's a skill that is so much easier to learn as a child.
1. I keep looking for more Spring flowers out and about.
ReplyDelete2. I really, really, really wish I had kept up on piano lessons. And I really, really, really wish I had gone on to get my Home Ec Ed degree (then Masters in Ed, the an Ed Doctorate and be a Principal...seriously!)
