    1. the neighborhood, the chocolate walls painted with love, the waterfall

    2. the odd ceiling style in the living room, the galley kitchen, the no-longer white carpeting in the bedrooms

    Chocolate walls???? Which room, Steph? I am going to paint our dining room chocolate. What color did you find to be perfect? I am finding too many with a red undertone or, yuck, a green undertone.

    oh I'll answer the questions:
    1. Overlooking horses, the privacy and quiet.
    2. The snakes and any other creepy thing that can sneak up on me.
