I'm not sure if it's because of people's expectations or my own.

2. I like to choose a word for the year and figure out what God is going to teach me. For 2007 it's Peace - we will see what that brings!

Of course I'd like to work out more but with my third trimester around the corner and then Tana coming - I'm not sure that's going to happen. Maybe for the second part of the year once we get adjusted:-).Coliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00377070496504862468noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15605159.post-52554741545513376492006-12-28T10:09:00.000-08:002006-12-28T10:09:00.000-08:001. 12/31 is Isabel's bday - she'll be with her Pap...1. 12/31 is Isabel's bday - she'll be with her Papa most of the day. Seriously, the holidays for me are so depressing (T-G day alone every other year, xmas day alone every year...) I start to dread them in October. And yeah, no one else needs to feel sorry for me because I do it quite well myself! I comfort myself by dreaming of the day I find Mr. Right and we have those days to ourselves...

2. Getting outdoors more. On Xmas Day I read Max Lucado's "Cure for the Common Life" and when I looked back at my sweet spot moments as a child, they had to do with being outdoors - hiking, exploring, camping. I want my kids to have that too and have done a rotten job so far. I want to hit a few trails in 2007 and maybe dip my toe in the camping water by staying in a yurt!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15605159.post-75580473349596055582006-12-27T22:11:00.000-08:002006-12-27T22:11:00.000-08:001. I'll be chatting more about this in my blog but my (our) word for 2007 is Organization. This is a big stretch for me (us) since we are so not organized. But my word for 2006 was priorities and I kept it in perspective when making plans etc.HollieHobbiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09801666784988137537noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15605159.post-16559457543671555322006-12-27T21:07:00.000-08:002006-12-27T21:07:00.000-08:001. Regular exercise is the big one. Just haven't really got into the habit of it yet in our new life.LiteraryGirlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04998481996493899769noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15605159.post-69021093563958914672006-12-27T19:56:00.000-08:002006-12-27T19:56:00.000-08:001. More consistent quiet times, excercise, getting the kids to be more self-accountable to the things they need to do..... nothing new or exciting......StephieAnnehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17543298283557610542noreply@blogger.com
